What will you do when you hear horses galloping towards you with dancing sabres trying to dissect your head from your body? What will you do when you are held at the point of a knife? What will you do when your love one is being grabbed by the neck and dragged away when you cannot do anything but stand and watch?
Hey guys, these are just phrases of fears when people tend to anticipate on events which may not even happen. Truthfully, i do anticipate on events which messes myself up and get facts wrongly. It's the fear within which burns our confidence in everything. Take it for an example of a guy proposing to a girl. When he stands right infront of the girl, the women of his dreams and future, his mind may run wild if he is a thinker of his own. It means that he lives in his own world of assumptions where fears are born. This may even lead to misunderstandings. This often happens to people who are highly anticipated in events to come or Eq. A few things may go through his mind. "will she reject me? if she does, does she even love me? Does she need time or something? Or is she already seeing another man?" These are negative impacts which will lead to misunderstandings if things are not trashed out clearly between both parties and the most essential thing to their long lasting relationship is trust. Even the simplest thing which a guy wants such as hugging his girl will have anticipated thoughts. "will she push me away? Will she mind if i hug her? does she want space? is it too intimate?" these are the anxious thoughts which may go through guys who are inexperienced or rather timid. Thus, these guys are unable to make decisions which contradicts the wishes of their girls.
Moving on to decision makings for things which may either benefit or make you slog your years to come till it ends. Decisions we make now, may not make sense when we think back in the future. Everyone of us are growing and mindset maturing in various ways according to the environment around us. Influential leadership points from motivational speakers are useful but hard to carry out. Sometimes, it's better to listen and work than speak and split the man power. In another words, manpower deployment under the category of administration. Problems which may occur will be people being unwilling to commit and thus producing work that are under average standard. First key to managing colleagues is to understand their working style and their sociability. Every buddy, close friends or couple requires one to understand and go through the thick and thin together in order to see each other's weakness and strengths.
I have seen many people climbing the ladder to their goals. Some made it without much effort, some fell and went back to square one and climbed back up with determination while some remained where they fell and grieved over their failures.
